This policy explains how All Ways Unique handles personal information collected through this website. It describes what actually happens on this site, and it is updated as the site changes.

Who we are

All Ways Unique is owned and run by Steve Oakes, based in Pueblo, Colorado, serving Southern Colorado and North America.

What we collect

Information you send us

If you fill in the contact form, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your business name, if you give one
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give one
• Which service you are interested in
• Whatever you write in the message field

We only receive this if you choose to send it. If you would rather not use the form, you are welcome to call instead.

Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps server logs. These record the IP address a request came from, the browser and device used, the pages requested and the time. They are used to keep the site running, diagnose faults and identify malicious traffic.

We also run a security plugin that records failed login attempts, including the originating IP address, to protect the site against automated attacks.

What we do not do

We want to be specific about this, because a lot of privacy policies are vague where it matters:

• We do not run analytics software on this website.
• We do not use advertising pixels or tracking tags from any advertising network.
• We do not set cookies on visitors who are simply browsing the site. WordPress sets cookies only if you log in as an administrator.
• We do not currently use visitor-identification technology on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it is switched on.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Why we use it

We use the information you send through the contact form for one purpose: to answer you, and to have a conversation about whether we can help your business. If we end up working together, we use your contact details to run that work.

Server logs and security records are used to keep the site available and secure. Nothing more.

Who else is involved

We keep this list short on purpose.

• Kinsta hosts this website. Anything stored on the site, including contact form submissions and server logs, sits on their infrastructure.
• Google Fonts serves two typefaces used in the site's design. Because the fonts load from Google's servers, your IP address and browser details are visible to Google when a page loads. No account or cookie is required for this, and we do not receive anything back.

We do not pass your information to anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are stored in this website's database so that enquiries are not lost. We keep them for as long as they are useful for the conversation they belong to, and clear out old enquiries periodically. Server logs are kept on a rolling basis by our host and age out automatically.

If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry and the details attached to it

Call 719-924-5110 or use the contact page and we will deal with it. There is no form to fill in and no charge. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act; we will honour those requests regardless of whether they are strictly required of a business our size.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, administrator login is restricted and protected against repeated failed attempts, and access to stored enquiries is limited to people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, such as introducing visitor identification or analytics, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing a paragraph.
